What to expect

Most people will need just one visit to complete all the required exams. During the visit, we will review your vaccination record, obtain all the necessary blood and urine tests, and physical exam. You will also be able to purchase all required immunizations. After your test results are ready, we will complete your I-693 form and prepare it for pick up. 

PRICES

Immigration Medical Exams, including required blood and urine tests for Adults or Children are from $525 each (Ready in 2 weeks).

Expedited option is available for +$125, and we will expedite labs and forms to be ready in 5-7 days.

Vaccine prices start from $35, depending on each person’s needs.

USCIS Required Tests (included)

These tests are required by the USCIS and are included in your visit fee

Syphilis (RPR) – required for everyone 15 years and older
Gonorrhea (urine) – required for everyone 15 years and older
Quantiferon Tuberculosis test – required for everyone two years and older

Required Immunizations

USCIS routinely changes its requirements, and we make all efforts to update the information on our website, but there may be a lag in time. USCIS may change some requirements without informing us, we will make all efforts to help you address any changes may be required.

Vaccine prices start from $35, depending on which vaccine each person needs

USCIS requires all vaccinations to be completed according to the CDC vaccine schedule. This is determined based on each person’s age, and the Doctor will review your vaccine records and inform you of any vaccinations that you may need. Rest assured, we have all the necessary vaccinations available. 

If you were vaccinated but do not have the records, we can run a blood test to check your vaccination status. Please note that this test has an additional fee, and the price depends on which test you need. We are here to guide you through this process.

Children: All childhood vaccinations are required to be up to date.

Adults: Depending on the patient’s age, for more details, refer to the list below.

USCIS Required Vaccinations

Hepatitis B – 0 through 59 years of age
DTaP – 8 weeks through 7 years of age
Polio IPV – 2 months of age and up
Hib – 8 weeks through 6 years of age
Pneumococcal – 8 weeks through 6 years of age & 50+
Hepatitis A – 12 through 18 years old
MMR – 12 months through 49 years of age
Varicella – 12 months of age and up
Tdap – 18 years of age and up
Influenza vaccine – 6 months of age and up
COVID-19 Vaccine – 6 months of age and up

Records in Languages Other than English

The applicant is responsible for providing English translations of all required records.
