Insurance Policy
We verify and inform you of your insurance eligibility and benefits at each visit.
We accept most major insurances, however please don’t hesitate to contact the office to check if we accept your specific insurance policy.
Late & Cancellation Policy
Patients arriving 20 minutes after their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 cancellation fee per patient.
Vaccine Policy
We believe that vaccination is crucial preventative care for all children to protect them against vaccine-preventable diseases.
We recommend the schedule approved by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
We do not force anyone to receive any vaccines or treatments; our role is to provide recommendations and education to address any concerns and answer any questions you may have.
